April 2nd is the time and the Sevens Restaurant Patio is the place for the Breck Chili Cook off presented by Budweiser. The top chefs from Breckenridge will be competing for the the title of best chili recipe, and for just $10 you can indulge in all of the chili your body can handle. Be sure to vote for your favorite recipe.

Spring Fever Beer Festival

The 11th annual Breckenridge Spring Beer Festival takes place on April 8th on Ridge Street in downtown Breckenridge. For just $27.50 ($35 day of tickets), enjoy free live music, sample beers from over 35 breweries, and visit the many food booths and retail vendors. New in 2016, attendees with pre-purchased tickets will have the chance to enjoy beer tastings from 12-1pm with special brews for this hour only. If you are looking for a VIP experience, $70 will get you a special entrance, a glass collectors mug, unlimited beer tasting, a catered lunch, and a private tent away from the crowds with private bathrooms.

Copper Mountain

On March 25th, Copper chefs compete for the best wing recipe and wine pairing in this unique spin on a traditional chicken wing challenge. Copper Uncorked proves that wings can be more than beer and football.

Frisco

Bubble Gum Ski Race Series

The ski and ride hill at the Frisco Adventure Park will be hosting the 4th Annual Bubble Gum Race Series

Monday, March 6th- Dual Slalom
Monday, March 13th- Nordic Obstacle Course
Monday, March 20th- Obstacle Course
Monday, March 27th- Finale- Dual Slalom

From the “never ever” to seasoned racer, all levels are encouraged to compete in this free race series. This fun, non-competitive, community race series provides an opportunity for children and adults to try out racing in a relaxed environment. Racers will have the chance to race the course multiple times and racers will not be timed, but instead participants will be given pieces of bubble gum which they will keep or give away based on their race finishes. The racer who has the most bubble gum at the end of the races wins.

All ages and abilities are welcome to participate in the Bubble Gum Series races and friendly competition between parents, siblings and friends is encouraged.

Tap Into History Trivia Night

March 12th at 6 p.m.

Join us for a fun night of trivia at Outer Range Brewing Co. – 182 Lusher Ct, Frisco, CO 80443.  Presented by Geeks Who Drink, a homegrown Pub Trivia Quiz modeled after those in Ireland and the UK.  Tap into History Trivia Night will incorporate questions from American History. Play in teams of up to six or by yourself if you’re some kind of savant.  If you want to play but don’t have a team, come anyway. We can usually get single players recruited onto an existing team.  Winning teams gets street cred, Outer Range Brewing Co. swag and prizes from the Frisco Historic Park and Museum. Presented by Geeks Who Drink and food donated by Whole Foods Market.
